Target Shooting with a Blindfold On
Angel and Devil
Oct 10-11

To celebrate the opening of The Asian Classics Institute (ACI’s) new international headquarters in Sedona, Arizona, Geshe Michael Roach we will be offering two days of special teachings on emptiness.

These teachings are taken directly from The Angel Debates The Devil, an ancient Tibetan teaching on emptiness by His Holiness the First Panchen Lama, who lived 1565-1662. The text is at the same time, extremely funny and extremely deep. It will help us be successful in this life, and in the next as well.

This is the 11th ACI program dedicated to this ancient classic. We’ll be focusing on how “me” relates to body & mind, and how to change body & mind into an enlightened being with a rainbow body and a clear-light mind. As the Lama says, we’ll be trying to hit emptiness with the arrow of our mind, even as we wear a blindfold.

The program is free of charge thanks to our sponsors: ACI and our friends from Guangzhou, China. We hope to see you there, at our beautiful new home in Sedona. Please join us on the following day, October 13 when many of us will be traveling south to beautiful Diamond Mountain Retreat Center in southern Arizona for two back-to-back retreats on karma and emptiness.

Space for the Sedona program is limited, so please register for your free ticket in advance. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.
